Customize the repository to your needs. Configure repository settings, the data model or one of the many extension modules right in the browser. No need to install, manage or upgrade complex software components. We host everything for you, so your repository is always up to date.

Build your own applications inside your own repository. Create custom submission workflows that fit your organisation: course materials, data plans, peer review processes, self archiving OA, thesis procedures or integrations with external sources. Combine the builtin review system, form editor, apis and lookup modules in a powerful workflow engine.

Expose your content in standard metadata formats, or create your own (linked data) metadata views. Re-use your views as format in OAIPMH or as SWORD profiles. A full history per view is kept and made available through the Memento protocol. Download complete changelists and dumps from each view through ResourceSync. Write transforms to ingest data from external services or through SWORD.

Artudis comes with a built-in analytics system that uses Google BigQuery. Generate reports and visualizations, turn any field in a dimension, and drilldown using any number of dimensions in any order. Build dashboards for specific content types or user roles. Analyze usage logs or load external rankings and metrics into BigQuery and apply them to your repository content.

Researchers can search through their PDF files and filter on facets you define. Results can be exported in EndNote, Bibtex or styles from the Citation Style Language. Import metadata from Web of Science, Scopus, CrossRef, Worldcat, Sherpa Romeo, Ulrichsweb, OpenAIRE, and many more services to come. Export entire collections to subject repositories like RePec and SSRN. Research data should be connected, adding new connections should be made easy.

The Artudis repository platform is actively being developed at the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
The software will be released to the public under the GNU Affero License.
Hosting services for third parties interested in using the platform are slowly being made available from Artudis.com through a private beta program.
